The retreat is located on the quieter north side of Grand Cayman. This is said to be a small condominium complex that is next to Rum Point which laims to have several restaurants and complete diving facilities available.
The Retreat at Rum Point accommodation:
All condominiums at The Retreat apparently have central air-conditioning, screened in private balconies, laundry facilities, television, fully equipped kitchens and daily maid service.
The Retreat at Rum Point is described by guests as being a beautiful and cozy resort, with complete beach access. Because guests and visitors have access to the beach they can take part in some of the watersport activities.

The Retreat is located at Rum Point (roughly in the heart of the Cayman Kai area, North Side) on seven acres of beachfront property with 1,300 feet of white beach. Approximately 35 minutes by car from the airport and George Town.

Snorkeling, scuba diving, jet ski, restaurant, bar & grill right next door along with ferry to 7 Mile Beach. Watersports are apparently provided by Red Sails Sports.
