The Nautilus Apartments Description:
The Nautilus Resort is actually two "Town Houses". According to staff at the resort, Each unit is completely self contained and has two bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has a bath, large closets, and a balcony which overlooks the beach and Caribbean Sea. One bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the other has two single beds.
Downstairs is said to have a large, completely furnished kitchen with a set of electric appliances, pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. There is also said to be a small living room, and a half-bathoom that also contains a washing machine and dryer. Guests say there is a porch and two "decks" which have gas Barbecues, tables and chairs.
Both of the Nautilus Apartments claim to have have been extensively remodeled and renovated. Most appliances and furnishings are new and all four bathrooms have apparently been completely refitted. A newly installed air-conditioning system, together with R-19 insulation as well as new ceiling fans helps to ensure complete comfort all through the year.
The Nautilus Apartments Location:
The apartments are located near the northern end of Seven Mile Beach. Many visitors have said there is excellent snorkeling and scuba right from the shore and that the shoreline is less than 60 feet from the front door of the Nautilus Apartments. Staff say there are three well shaded decks if visitors get too much sun on the beach.
