Seaview Hotel and Dive Resort:
The Seaview Hotel and Dive center is said to be the oldest hotel and restaurant on Grand Cayman. Within walking distance to downtown Georgetown. The resort was apparently painstakingly built in 1952 when transportation to the islands was limited.
The hotel is located on the ironshore, which is said to have breathtaking sunsets, and incredible diving less than 100 yards offshore. The Seaview claims to feature their own full service dive center.

The Resort features its own restaurant/club, many visitors have said this makes for good night time entertainment. However the Seaview Hotel and Dive Resort claims to have a much more popular attraction that its nightlife, apparently this resort is well known for its diving.
Being Situated directly on the ocean's edge, guests say the resort doesnt have much of a beach, but more of a rocky edge which is said to be very popular with divers and fishermen alike.
