Grand View Condos description:
Located at the southern end of Seven Mile Beach, the property is said to have privacy, yet is ideally situated near a variety of restaurants and shops, and within walking distance of George Town?s duty free shopping. The beach should offer great snorkeling, with the pure sand beach a short walk to the north.
Every one of the 69 two and three-bedroom villas claims to offer a full, uninterrupted view of the ocean and its deep blue waters. These beach front and ocean front villas apparently have some of the most splendid vistas of the sea, sand and stars in all of the Caribbean.
Grand View Condos:
Each condo is said to be spacious and luxurious, they apparently feature a private balcony or patio. Each unit claims to be fully furnished and designed with guest's comfort in mind.
The Grand View Condos should come with a well equipped modern kitchen, washer & dryer, direct dial telephones, satellite television, VCR, central air conditioning, ceiling fans and 2 full bathrooms. There may be a king size bed in the master bedroom and either a queen size bed or 2 twin beds in each additional bedroom, also the condos can possibly have a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
Guests say there is a daily maid service at the Grand View Condos except Sundays, also cribs can be available at no extra charge and baby-sitting can be arranged with 24-hours notice.

"The grounds are well maintained and there is a large pool. The beach is large with much shade available. The water
entry is quite rocky and not conducive to those who wade/swim(except for one small area. Great for area snorkeling. The
condos are within walking distance to a grocery store(15 min),downtown Georgetown(30 min),and several restaurants."
